What You'll Do:

  • 1. Sell sponsorship packages for Hurun events, leveraging your sales and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and drive closures.
  • 2. Research and identify leads for corporate sponsorships, negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  • 3. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, preparing weekly and monthly status reports.
  • 4. Coordinate sales efforts with the department head, analyzing market potential and staying abreast of promotional trends.
  • Travel as necessary to cultivate relationships and secure sponsorship opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1. Experience in event sales and sponsorship.
  • 2. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • 3. Demonstrated leadership abilities to align with Hurun Report's ambitious vision in India.
  • 4. A "go-getter" attitude with a passion for driving impactful change.

Education:

While we value attitude above all else, candidates with excellent academic qualifications are preferred, as they often demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and dedication.
